Clinic Sign-Up

Username: your 11 digit pass number.

Password: $noW2425 (S = $ and the W is capitalized)

Your pass number is not the same as your employee ID. You can find your pass number on your employee pass above the bar code. You must use your current active pass. If you have had a new pass printed your old pass number will not work.

New Hires: you will need to complete your in person HR paperwork, get your employee ID, and your physical pass before you can signup for clinics or login to the instructor schedule view page. You will go over how to access this information in your Basic Training Session.
