EpicService Award & nominations

The EpicService Award is the highest level of recognition for guest service at Vail Resorts.  At Vail Resorts, our mission is to provide the Experience of a Lifetime for our guests and employees. EpicService is creating an emotional connection with our guests and colleagues through each interaction in every phase of their journey, seeing opportunities to create the memorable moment that culminates in an Experience of a Lifetime.

Each year, one winning nominee from each location will be awarded an all-expenses paid, multi-day trip to one of our resorts, along with an invitation to an exclusive Town Hall and dinner with the Vail Reosrts CEO and other members of the executive leadership team.

These individuals are our MVPs. They've earned recognition for going further and thinking bigger.
